  Called 3 times with no answer and finally they answered the 4th time. I had 2 free pizzas a garlic bread and drink under my number because they comepletely stuffed my order up the previous time. The person on the phone who I will not name could not comprehend that they were free pizzas. He finally typed my number in and "understood" and asked me what I would like to order. So I made the order and he told me the price to which I had to explain 5 times over AGAIN that its free under my number. He finally understood (so I thought) and said it will take 15 minutes. My partner went in to pick up the pizzas and he continued to try charge him. It was overall just a very frustrating experience. It was the same two workers from the previous time we ordered and had a bad experience. We Will not be buying pizza from deception bay dominos again.

  Pizza made to a fairly high standard. Always hot and fresh and served by the time you reach the store for take away.

  Ordered a loaded Meatlovers pizza last night, professional quick service by a young man, pizza was piping hot and plenty of topping and considering how busy they were quick service. Am from out of town, wish other domino's were this good.

  So let's face it if you're here you've just had a bad experience at D'Bay Dominos. No one google reviews Dominos Pizza before they eat it. For the two years I've lived in D'Bay the best thing I can say is Dominos D'Bay is consistently the worst pizza shop I've ever had the misfortune of eating at. Everytime I order something either the toppings I paid $2 extra for are missing, the garlic bread bottom is burnt and hard as rock or some other promotional fair is under/over cooked half missing or not in the order at all. If you have the misfortune of finding out before you leave the store be prepared to leave with cold subpar food because the manager won't offer to put your food back in the heating shelf or even cook the complete item missing again as I found out today. I ordered 4 mac and cheese balls look in the box only 2. They don't even sell them in pairs. It's a box of 3 or 4. Do you think the "Day manager" would cook 4 fresh balls? No! So I went home with cold pizza and 2 cold balls! I have a sneaking suspicion the owner profits from every mistake. Therefore he only hires idiots who make him maximum profit. The license on display names Joshua Burrnet as who I'm assuming is the owner. Hey Josh your store sucks and your Day manager is a pizza face.
